tout ira bien.

There’s an old photograph
of the hallway in my grandmother’s house.
Behind the old man and little girl
is a round, golden mirror.

I felt full
and right.
I laughed
for five days.

l'automne.

We took a walk and told each other stories
in scatterbrained bits and pieces-

Old hardware stores [and office supply stores] are

nathan reich: 2.

Those guardian taxis are all alone.
They keep on trying to follow me home.

I hope
I didn't push
you away.
I don't want to loose
you.
You need a reason
to stay.
And I couldn't find one
today.

I've heard of places so far away

I've had dreams
standing in the rain.
These are the reasons
I'll never change.

We needed to get away.
And for a day,
